By Train: The cheapest and most convenient way to travel from Tel Aviv Airport to Haifa is by train. Follow these steps:

   a. Upon exiting the airport, follow the signs to the train station.

   b. Purchase a train ticket to Haifa.

   c. The first station in Haifa is Hof HaCarmel train station. But you should get off according to the

       location of your hotel. 

 d. A Train ticket costs appx. 10 Euros. 

By Bus: A bus is also a cheap way to reach Haifa, though it might be less convenient than a train due to traffic. 

   a. Exit the airport and head to the bus station, which is located adjacent to Terminal 3.

   b. Take a bus from the airport to the Tel Aviv Central Bus Station (Tahana Merkazit).

   c. At the Central Bus Station, look for buses heading to Haifa.

It's recommended to check the train and bus schedules in advance for accurate timings.

By Taxi: If you prefer the less crowded but more costly option, you may use a taxi from the airport to Haifa. Look for the official taxi stands outside the airport terminals. It's advisable to negotiate the fare or ensure that the taxi driver uses the meter before starting the journey.
