Dr. Shahar Bar Yehuda is a lecturer in the special education program at the Levinsky-Wingate Academic Center and the Oranim Academic College of Education. Shahar has a Ph.D. in special education from Bar-Ilan University, a master's in special education (with a specialization in ASD) as well as in management, planning, and policy-making in education, and a BA in education and comparative literature. He is also a Mandel School of Educational Leadership graduate.
