אני מאמינה שהחינוך הוא זכות של כל ילדה וילד, כי על המדינה והקהילה לאפשר לכל אחד ואחת ללמוד בתוך הקהילה. אני מבקשת לקדם אחריות אזרחית וקהילתית, נקיטת עמדה, לקיחת אחריות, שיתוף פעולה בין רשויות שלטון לגורמים אזרחיים. בעבודתי במכללה אני מבקשת לקדם תרומה הדדית של האקדמיה לשדה: מכללה מעורבת ואחראית כלפי החינוך המיטבי בקהילה בתוכה היא נוכחת; מחקר עשיר הצומח מן השדה, מסייע בהבנתו ומביא אליו את תוצריו.
